Below you will find our general terms and conditions of sale, together with
more specific terms and conditions for particular products and services that
we offer. Please ensure that you have read and understood all the terms that
apply.

General Terms

Terms net. Monthly accounts
opened on receipt of approved references and are due on or before
the 15th of each month. All prices quoted are carriage or postage
paid in the U.K. except where indicated. All prices are subject to
market fluctuations and are entirely without engagement. |

This
Price List cancels all other lists issued prior to the displayed
date. |
|
|
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and Euros using the
exchange rate at the time of publication and excludes UK VAT at 20%. All prices are subject to alteration without notice. |
|
|
Laboratory instruction sheets
and postage paid labels are provided on request. |
|
|
Work is only executed to
good impressions, models and bites. We reserve the right to query
or return these should they appear unsuitable. |
|
|
The utmost care will be taken
to obtain the best results but no responsibility can be accepted for imperfect work caused by the
unsuitability of clients own material supplied. |
|
|
Goods remain the sole property of the Company until paid for in full |
|
|
Estimates are subject to
variation, either increase or decrease, according to market prices
of labour and materials and must only be considered approximate with
work connected with precious metals and orthodontic work. Alterations
to instructions after an estimate has been given render the given
estimate void and we are under no obligation to send another estimate
unless expressly requested. |
|
|
Complaints with regard to
the execution of any order or the accuracy of our workmanship must
be made within ten days from the date of the invoice accompanied with
the appliance or prosthesis and original models. If not made within
this time they will not be entertained and no claim will be recognised.

|
|
Whenever work is carried
out at a reduced price it does not constitute an admission of liability.
|
|
|
With the exception of work which is to be
returned within three clear days, clients will be advised of the date
of despatch of their cases. |

All prices are exclusive of gold, precious
metals, teeth, and other material, except where stated. Loss and
handling charges will be added to the cost of the metal used.
Estimates are advisable before commencing
bridge or precision attachment work. Please send study models.
Unless specified on the order form, all
cases will be constructed and charged at the standard specification.
Please quote Vita® shades or Chromoscope®
shades.

Orthodontics
|
| |
|
Price includes casting of impressions. Appliances
with posterior occlusal capping or screws will be made slow heat
cure unless otherwise requested. All new removable appliances will
be invoiced in accordance with the inclusive price.

Priority (24 Hour) Service
|
| |
|
Work arriving at our labs will be dispatched within 24 hours
using a same-day courier service. Delivery can be tracked online from our website - please ask for further details.
This service is available on weekdays for work booked in prior
notice by telephone. Bridgework items are restricted to three units.
Complex Megallium® (Cobalt Chromium) castings involving onlays
and backings for try-in are not included in this service. For Megallium
try-ins and cast post and cores with crowns an additional 24 hours
notice is required.
Crown and bridgework prices are exclusive of precious metal and Megallium® (Cobalt Chromium) prices are exclusive of teeth, all prices exclude TNT Sameday Delivery. Cosmopolitan® HXL teeth with Vita® shades will be used throughout.

Express (36 Hour) Service
|

|
Work arriving at our labs before 8:30am will be dispatched
by 5:00pm the following day using Royal Mail Special Delivery, arriving by 12 pm the day after dispatch from our labs. Delivery can be tracked online from our website - please ask for further details.
This service is available on weekdays for work booked in prior
notice by telephone. Bridgework items are restricted to three units.

Normal (3-7 Day) Service
|

Our traditional time reservation systems continues whereby our
current delivery date may be reduced by the amount of prior notice
given down to a minimum of 3 days in the laboratory for the types
of work covered by our Fast-Track Services and 7 days in the laboratory
for all other work.
Our 3-day and 7-day in laboratory services are offered at no
additional cost.
