Megallium® (Cobalt Chromium)

Megallium® conforms to BS No. 3366 and is approved for use in the General Dental Services. Large one-piece castings represented here by a bite raising occlusal inlay appliance and a paradontal splint require in addition a very accurate casting technique, to which end we produce all our own investments.

We also developed Viscoform® preformed flexible casting patterns not only to reduce waxing times but to preserve the essential cross section and taper of bars and clasps as they pass over model contours. Thus the strength and lightness of the alloy combine with skill and technical expertise to give you the best guarantee of value and success.

Note:

1. The raised grid or loop retention allows the acrylic to come into contact with the crest and buccal sides of the ridge thus permitting rebasing in the event of absorption of the alveolus.
2. All bases made to pattern 18 unless otherwise requested.
